I want to know how to wire it up for ignition sense? I checked around ICOM's website, but haven't been able to find anything. Do I just hook my ignition sense wire to pin 1, and if so, what kind of pin would I use? First time using something like it. Thanks!

It seems like I have to make the squelch much higher if I make it a scanning radio instead of just monitoring one channel. Does anyone else have to do this as well?
The model is F121S

Especially when used with their P25 radios, like the IC-F2821... I'm thinking about adding one to an IC-F2821 I've got, but the only UT-111 manuals I've found online are for installation/configuration in an IC-F3 or something.

I understand the LTR system parameters are programmed with a separate software package than the standard IC-F2821 software. Is this correct?

Do all of the LTR channels need to be in a separate zone, or can you mix them with conventional channels?

Can you scan a mix of LTR and conventional channels?

Are there any conflicts with P25 conventional operation?
