Hi all,
I've been trying to listen to the UCSB trunk system tonight. With the frequencies listed on the database page, there has been nothing but silence tonight. It was working fine yesterday. I plugged in the frequencies I didn't have already from this list FCC Callsign WNWX383 Details and am getting the occasional PD unit only, not dispatch, on 821.4875.

My scanner is too old to follow rebanded systems, so can anyone confirm that the rebanding has been completed? I'm assuming it has been but if anyone has any other info, I'd appreciate it. Just in time for a new scanner for Christmas...

Can anyone else around L.A, Riverside copy this with a better signal?
Anyone know why several other agency medical dispatches are coming out of the sanger FD repeater? Is it possibly being simulcast with other EMS dispatch centers?

As alluded to by Wayne and in preparation for their changing channel assignments, I've updated the CHP section of the database so that it complies with RR database policy (Base & Mobile must be on separate lines for duplex systems), as well as making some more categorical and FCC license improvements.

I also included the area office prefix numbers in parenthesis in each channel's description - they are a valuable tool in channel identification and thus belong there. However I was wondering if knew the following area office ID prefix numbers:

- Rancho Cordova Office (Valley Division) - Should be on the BLACK.

- Oakhurst Office (Central Division) - Should be on the ORANGE.

The Commercial Inspection Facility names and ID prefix numbers were removed from the channel descriptions. Any user is welcome to add them to the CHP Wiki. We also have both Tactical and LIME Tactical channel lists that have been submitted in the past, and appear to contain much of the same information - if anyone can elaborate on this please do.

Please feel free to take a look and use this thread as an opportunity to discuss any updates or corrections (other than "the new format sucks" - it's database policy). When a consensus is reached, please "Submit" the information to the database, not to this thread.

Thanks and I hope you like it!
