That list looks more regional. Chris Parris posted a more useful wide-area list on his MT Federal blog. It's a must read for Federal radio enthusiasts. It has all the channels by "NET #". The pairings are all correct.

You can search Chris's site in the upper left hand corner of the homepage. You can also find all of the Customs Net channels and frequencies in the Florida Federal database.
