Utah Viper,

I would guess that if this does continue to spread across the US, we might start to hear something on the Federal Itinerant frequencies or the National Incident Radio Support Cache to coordinate response efforts. But I would think that most communications are on Nextel/Cellular Phones.

There is really nothing to talk about except planning. There is a small number of widely scattered cases, with the only real outbreak being in New York City.

160 cases among 350 million people is not a major epidemic, let alone a pandemic. Too much hype on this.

Look at the overreaction in Mexico City. They are destroying the local economy because a handful of people are sick.
