Question Old Yosemite LE freq ?

I have 166.125 still in the scanner as Yosemite LE repeater. I know they changed frequencies but I am wondering who in central California/ National forrest/parks is using this frequency now. I have heard some traffic such as a unit calling for vehicle registration and the city of Porterville or dispatch mentioned.
Any ideas?
