A very good link. It would be nice to find something like it for AZ and NM.

Geographic Area Coordination Center (GACC) Website Template

You can try clicking on the various areas on this map - and then hunting around on that Coord Center's website.

Northern Rockys, West Basin, East Basin, and AZ/NM historically seem to be the best suppliers of freq info.

You can also try to Google for some of the freqs that are in use in your area. Google might find some documents that contain those freqs. (You can enter some freqs 3 different ways - ie - 168.65 & 168.650 & 168.6500)

Unfortunately, some agencies like those in the Southwest restrict federal frequency information to selected individuals and require passwords to access their site. No surprise.
