163.675 - P25 bursts - NAC 295 - bursts are about 1/4 second in length - bursts seem to occur once every 90 seconds - signal strength of 5 bars out of 5 bars - one double burst came after only 30 seconds

163.75 - P25 bursts - NAC 289 - bursts are also 1/4 second in length - also 5 bars out of 5 bars - 37 seconds, 5 seconds, 77 seconds etc between bursts

Border Patrol (not Customs). Long time well known frequencies for INS/BP. Interesting NACs. The bursts are data. I heard a new ICE system being tested where the data bursts were being talked about. It was a location reporting function for all field units. My local BATFE system just started that same type of bursts, and USSS has been doing it for some time now.
