414.5625 $169, Unknown use, all ENC, not able to get any UID's. I've seen a few reports of this from different parts of the Country, but no definitive ID as to who may be using it. I've had this a few other times here in Boston, but nothing since last November.
Hmmm And now,
414.7500 $169, All ENC, but this time I'm able to get a UID of i3200000
This is a known US Postal Inspector frequency, it was the Boston area repeater before they moved down to 409.9375 $482

I've heard all of these (plus the PIS NACs on 414.75) in Houston:
414.5625 NAC 168
414.5625 NAC 169
414.75 NAC 169

They're always encrypted so far.

I've logged 414.5625 NAC 168 in Charlotte once a few years ago. Always encrypted of course. The only NACs that match in my records are NAC 169 for ICE Tactical simplex....but that's on VHF.

A little bit more of this today. 414.5625 $168 All ENC
Just a little bit for only a few minuets. Search of 400-420 MHz turned up nothing related. Wasn't able to get any UID's on the 996XT

414.5625 N168 in Chicago Area

Hearing limited (but encrypted) traffic on 414.5625 N168 this afternoon. Neither myself or a local dedicated fed listener have anything in our local notes for this freq. Unable to tell if it is simplex or a repeater. No way to know if it's connected or not, but POTUS will be giving his farewell speech in Chicago tonight. Perhaps just a coincidence??? Hearing this from roughly 17 miles due west of downtown Chicago.

Somewhere I saw these rumored as USPS Inspector General but can't confirm. Has anyone logged some radio IDs to compare with USPIS?

I had it on good authority that these were the USPS IG, but they weren't in the normal Postal Inspector radio channel plan...
