Been hearing what I believe is USACE Reservoir Control in Southwest CT. This repeater comes in very clear at my location but I believe it is part of a wide area net. Weather reports and maintenance related traffic. Anyone in New England area may want to look around the band for similar traffic.

Friday morning is a good time to search/monitor. That is when the net is active.
