Does Your Radio Stop Briefly On Encrypted Audio?

I had a Uniden BCD996XT in the past. When I was monitoring federal activity I would operate it under Butel ARC XT PRO. I would check the history log for activity and encrypted traffic would be logged, but then I had it set to lock them out. I now have a Uniden BCD325P2. I noticed recently while monitoring a trunked system that an encrypted talkgroup would not be logged or logged out. That got me to wondering if this is now happening with federal frequencies. Will your Uniden time stamp encrypted federal frequencies when under computer control?
