Default Bay County / PC Beach Question

I will be traveling to Bay County / Panama City Beach in the near future. Does anyone know if they are still operating on the Smartnet trunked system, or have they changed over to Digital? The info on the RR database shows them still on Smartnet type II trunked. Thanks in advance for your help!

Because they have not rebanded? When a system with 866-868 channels rebands the new freq. is 15 mhz down. ie: 866.0125 becomes 851.0125.
Rebanding is going very slowly.
