East Central Florida Page

Hi All:

Anyone else have trouble accessing the East Central Florida page lately? http://home.cfl.rr.com/scanner/

Been down for a couple of days, just checking to make sure something didn't change!

I noticed the problem yesterday actually - meant to come here and say something!

Looks like he's re-working the page based on what comes up.

Went and looked at the page code and strictly a generic RoadRunner search page sans graphics.

As a test, If you enter a local city, say like rockledge, all you get is RoadRunner's search engine.

Perhaps changing Servers? - If he needs space I have tons of it on my Tampa Server and would be happy to host that fine collection of info!

Raodrunner has terminated all of their regional servers as of 12/17/08. I also had a PHP hosted there and it is gone also. Subscribers were notified that they could migrate their pages to a new national server home.roadrunner.com/user. But I cannot get my files to upload to it and John may have the same problem. Of course there is no way to redirect viewers to these new URL's so even If he get's it to work it will be difficult to get the word out as to the new web address.

Roadrunner has moved the East Central Florida Scanner Page to http://home.roadrunner.com/~scanner/.
They do not have a redirect on the old site so let every one know about the change.

I have been away in New York for the holidays and was not keeping up with the changes.

Does anyone know if the euagallie tower was rebanded again?? I know it was a few months ago. Now as of monday my scanner wont pick up anything.. The last time this happened, somone posted the new channels.. Thanks.

You need to change the LCN numbers to 1-8. The info is on the east central Florida page, and in the database here too I think. There is a thread on this forum as well with info.
