Can anybody tell me if the PD in this area are using Provoice with Encryption or are they analog?

Baker County Sheriff's Office now operates on the Florida Statewide Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS)and cannot be monitored

To answer your question, they are ProVoice with encryption since they're on SLERS (State Lousy Excruciating Radio System).
