Default Bradford & Putnam Counties school bus freqs.

I saw the RR database for the Putnam County school busses as 46.52 MHz with the ctcss of 114.8 under the callsign of KNGV847 which you obviously saw also. I ran the callsign in the FCC genmen database & it
listed 46.52 MHz along with 45.08 MHz & 155.055 MHz for public safety use countywide. For Bradford County I found the following frequencies on cityfreq. 463.375 MHz under the callsign of WPYY949 & 155.22 MHz under the callsign of WNJS472 both listed for the Bradford County school board & both were confirmed by crossreferencing them with the FCC genmen database, there was no mention any of these frequencies being assigned for school bus transportation services though. Sorry I couldn't produce more accurate results for you.

Default Bradford County school bus frequencies

Jay I found one more Bradford County school board frequency on the FCC Genmen database under zip codes for the county: 151.745 MHz under the callsign of WNVI340, nothing further, good luck.
