Default DLIS and SAC Hills County West

What are the digital groups DLIS and SAC in terms of purpose or activities? With the increased digital activity, I wonder. The car to car digitals appear to be in order from TGID 1288 to 1293, but this is of course unconfirmed. Just wondering.

I think SAC may be in the clear, I have three new TG's that I haven't submitted yet because I haven't appropriately identified which district they are in, their either SAC or QUAD, not sure. SAC units are basically equivalent to HCSO's street crimes. QUAD's main focus is on drugs.

On the DLIS TG's I'm assuming they talk about a lot of sensitive information regarding delayed crimes, thus provoice.
