I have Brodie's Hillsborough LTR system loaded up in the 396XT and haven't heard any CIS transmissions yet. Does anybody know if they are on this system still or have they moved?

been wondering the same thing. had a close call hit on a CIS (input?) frequency from the cruiser but lost it. brodies has quite a few trunked systems on the fcc site that appear to be operating out of this area, but i haven't found CIS on those yet. I've been taking the frequencies from the fcc site and using "automove" on the pro-106 to rearrange them...not sure if the fcc site is the best way to get all the frequencies of each system. of the seven or so Brodies trunking sites, most all were somewhat rearranged. haven't had time to track them down, though. a work in progress....

They are now on Mobile 1 C&E's/Telecom Networks LTR system. They changed about 2 months ago I think when I used to work there.

Keep in mind you'll need to program the one tower in Hillsborough, and the two in Pinellas.

It's Telecom Network via Mobile One C & E.

They have three separate systems/towers (Tampa, Oldsmar, St. Pete), that might be one of the freqs to the St. Pete system which is not on the database. CIS has a few TG's on all three systems.

Any idea how to find those missing frequencies?

Wow, Telecom out of Alabama has a lot of frequencies to play with in the area. A lot more than TBA Comm (the taxi, transport, pick up drop off, etc...people). i guess as they find more customers we'll hear more from their frequencies. the newly licensed frequencies that expire in 2019 might be a start, but these LTRs can be a bit complicated to figure out. Maybe i'll put some in conventional style to hear if there is much use. thanks for the tip on telecom. the "geo search" on the FCC license search page is useful, just used it for the first time -- more of a transmitter location oriented search.

So many active commercial (trunked "YG", probably LTR) frequencies and users in Pinellas and Hillsborough, and many more due south of here...some high power, some low power...mind boggling.

I know this may be a little off topic, but the 49'th street jail freq I was using was 460.150, I haven't been scanning in 6 or 7 months (Sold my 996t) I bought the new 996xt and now I don't here anything on that freq, can someone confirm that its still in use or moved to a different freq? My scanner is in the same place as my old one was.. thanks!

I'm not sure but I think that the Pinellas county jail is still on their old freq of 460.150. You're not picking anything up there?
