Hi again ya'll! Just wondering if anyone else can receive this, and if so, what is it? It's on 152.315 FM and it's strong in Clay, Bradford, Union, Baker, Putnam, and Alachua counties that I can confirm. Which others it could cover, I don't know. I looked in the database here and the only one that shows even remotely possible is FPL data. It sounds like data every so many minutes. Maybe FPL has it systemwide?

What the above should have included was that the RR database shows the freq as FP&L data for Seminole County, but that's 100 miles or more from where I'm picking the signal up at, plus it comes in so strong! Thanks for any help or suggestions. And Happy New Year to ya'll as well =)

Thanks! Whatever it is, it's gotta be systemwide then.

I have also noticed that if you listen long enough, you'll eventually hear what I think is a POCSAG paging tone come through a time or two and then go right back to the other odd sound.

When I first monitored this yesterday, the data signal was coming at 3 second intervals, later last night it was coming in at 20 to 40 second intervals, didn't hear anything else though, I'll check back again once I wake up from my New Years alcohol induced coma, probably 110bd ASCII utility telemetry from one of the audio files on this site, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Thanks for the help. It is greatly appreciated! I'm curious to find out how far it can be heard as well. Kinda interesting to me since I stumbled across it during a search a few months back. Anyhow, have a great New Years as well, and good luck with the coma! :D

An FCC Search shows plenty of Counties, including the ones you listed

Thanks guys for that information! I never thought of the FCC search. I will make sure to remember that. Guess that solves the mystery :)
