ScannerCast Issue

SoI have my feed approved and have the cables now. When I start ScannerCast I get the unhandled exception from Microsoft .NET Framework (Which I just made sure was up to date.) When I go to select the COM port, the options list is completely empty as well as the Audio Input. I can't start my feed unfortunately.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I figured I'd put it here since I'm in Florida.

it says "Could no load Istrib.Sound.Mp3 Version=1.0.0.0, culture= neutral, PublicKeyToken=null, or one of it's dependencies.

What kind of computer and OS are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the program.
