Pinellas County P-25

I recently bought an HP-1. I am on the upside of the learning curve so please bear with me. It works well, but

when Pinellas County comes up, it reads P-25 and then continues to scan. What did I do wrong?

It's possibly an Encrypted channel. That's how the Unidens behave instead of giving garbled audio.
