Default Palm Beach County encryption?

I'm going to visiting Palm Beach County in a couple of weeks. In the database under Palm Beach it reads "Police have moved to the Palm Beach Gardens Public Safety System (Opensky) and cannot be monitored." Is this only for city police or are you still able to monitor the county on the Motorola Type II system? Sorry, it's been several years since I was down. And if anyone knows more specifically if you can still monitor Juno Beach?

The island of Palm Beach where the rich people live is on the Open sky system. However, the county, & city [West Palm Beach] each have their own Motorola trunking system. The info is easy to find on this forum.

Juno has moved to Open Sky and the County Sheriff & Fire can still be heard on the Palm Beach County Public Safety System.

The agencies on Open Sky are:
Jupiter PD
Gardens PD
Juno PD
Jupiter Inlet ColonyPD , and
Town of Palm BeachPD & FD

Fire in all of the above agencies, with the exception of Palm Beach, are either disptached or provided by the County.

Everyone else are either on 813A or are on their own conventional and/or trunking systems.
