Default Seminole County FD question

Does Seminole FD dispatch their stations with conventional tones/audio voice on either of the VHF frequencies listed in the database, or is it all digital data? In other words, can you monitor the dispatch side of things with a conventional scanner?

Not anymore, it is now a SCADA type system for Fire Station alerting (on 154.235, the old two tone paging and dispatcher simulcast frequency) and a 512 baud POCSAG system (on 153.995) for firefighter paging.
