Default Questions on Hillsborough County PD systems?

I live in Pinellas however I was thinking of trying to scan some of Hillsborough county.

I see the system is EDACS Networked Standard, Provoice & Analog. The database shows mostly Analog channels with a few Encrypted and Digital. Having a 396xt can I get the Analog & digital or no?

My apologies if this has already been covered just looking for more to do

You can only receive analog with your scanner. There are no scanners that can decode ProVoice (EDACS digital).
