My 536hp is hearing edacs beeps at the end of some transmissions.
Its intermittent .
Can anyone else confirm this.
Just heard a pcso officer report the same problem on their radio. Must be a problem with their system.

I've been listening for a couple hours on a 996XT with no beeps.

Since you have the 536HP the likely reason you're hearing the beeps is that the reception isn't great.

What's happening is the scanner gets stuck on the voice channel after a transmission is complete instead of going back to the control channel.
