There is no station 55 in the Seminole County system. This is the same tones for station 65.

I don't see 358.6 in the list of freqs so it is probably the 349.0 but I don't have it in my list so I don't know for sure. This is a relatively new station.

Battalion Chiefs are all dispatched on the same tone, the Command tone. I have it as Tone A = 389.0 and Tone B = 349.0

1XX means that the unit is temporarily in service while the primary unit is out of service. For example, Tower 146 is a reserve engine in service while Tower 46 is out of service.
Tones are by station so all units at station 27, and any other station, share the same tones. The exception is the Battalion Chief which have a separate tone and are not alerted by station tones.

See above. You got Tone A on a prior attempt (410.8) and now have Tone B.

I'm not familiar with a "Car 37" unit. The tones are the station tones for station 37 reversed.

The 7 AM "morning tones" are each station in the Seminole County Public Safety system in numeric order. After the last station is alerted you will hear a steady alert tone and "Good Morning, time 0700, Department of Public Safety, Seminole County, Florida"
One other note: Station 65 is a joint Seminole County/Orange County Station. E65 is an Orange county unit and R65 is a Seminole county unit, both units respond as needed in both jurisdictions. Each agency has their own alerting system so the units may be alerted by either or both for calls. Therefore you might not hear tones if R65 goes into Orange county when alerted by them.
Let me know if you need anything else.
