I've noticed on the welcome new member on the bottom of the forum page. I see this 1969. I wonder if this is a bug?

Every vBulletin forum I am a member of does that. I'm not sure if its a bug or what.

But for the technically curious it is because they have registered but have not revisited the site since they responded to the email verifying the registration. Since they have no date/time data recorded as a user, they are less than the beginning of time (for computers at least) of 1/1/1970.
