Forum rules and TOS one in the same?

Quick question:

In posts that reference RR's "TOS" is that the same thing as "Forum rules" as outlined here: Forum Rules and Proper Etiquette

No, but the fourm rules are more than that announcement by Lindsay.

The TOS actually refers to the terms you agreed to when you joined the site and any changes thereto. You can find the current version by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link at the bottom of just about every page on the site.

The "forum rules" include the various announcements, stickies, descriptions of each forum and some common sense about civility.
