Error Message On Win 500

When I try to web import frequencies using my Win 500 software and my PSR 500, I get this message that pops up:


XML error detected: no element found

near:

while requesting URL:
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml1.1/?ol=1


Can anyone help in fixing this?

Read this thread. Several people have had this problem. You will have to go to the WIN500 Web site and download the latest update.
