Default Sending private messages and emails?

Why am I unable to send emails or private messages to a feeder provider? The feed that I normally listen to has been having issues this week due to upgrades, etc, on his system. The feed providers status states to email if feed goes down, etc. When I tried to email or send a private message I get a message saying I'm not authorized to view page?

All accounts with zero posts to the forum have had Private Messages disabled. In order to have the ability to PM you must either post enough posts (four) to the forum or have a Senior Moderator upgrade your account.

This was done because of abuse of the system.

Ok, I understand that. So, how do I get a Senior Moderator to upgrade my account? I basically just listen to the local feed for here, and am not big into forums, etc. But, would like to be able to contact the feed provider if there's a problem, since this is what he's requested if it goes down, etc. Thanks!

You've made enough posts you were auto-upgraded.

Congratulations c3po, that made your third post about not being able to PM plus one other post, so by the rule and process(auto-update) stated above you should now be able to PM. (I assume having basic reading skills is not a prerequisite.)

Polarbear25, your mail box is probably full. How many total are in your inbox and in your out box?

150 is the maximum total amount you can have. If you exceed that, delete some or all of the old ones.

Why are you "trying not to post in the RR forums?

Your profile has been placed on full time moderation, as you well know, for your past attitude and failure to abide by the forum rules. You, as a full time moderated individual, have no ability to send PMs. Submissions to the database are not related to the forums in any way.

Re: upgrading accounts on request

Please be advised we will not upgrade your account because you want it upgraded. We cannot take your word you are who you are when you have not posted anything to prove or disprove. If you are a Premium Subscriber an upgrade is not a problem to do. Please PM/Email myself, LouMaag or ScannerFreak if you are a Premium Subscriber and need (not want) the upgrade.

It's only a few posts to auto-upgrade yourself. Find some discussion in your regional forum and have some fun. Do not use the Tavern as posts there do not contribute to the count.
