Question account activation

I did not get my account activated within the 5 day period. How do I go about getting it activated now.

If you were able to post to the forum - I'd say your account was activated just fine

I keep getting an error when trying to connect to radioreference thru Bc tools and thought this might have been the problem. Thanks jwcarson

check name & password real carefully & also make sure you have latest version of the software

I have checked name and password several times. I down loaded the latest version of the software. When I get the error Icheck the bug report and it shows EFiler error and no root element found in xml.Does this help you to narrow my problem? Thanks jwcarson

The problems you were having downloading with BCTool were discussed in another thread.
