Default New Posts (Directed to Radioreference Management)

Everytime I click on new posts and then again click on new post to see the new post on the web site I get this
This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 3 seconds.
It just started today and I have to click new posts several times to direct me to the new posts.

Why are you clicking on New Posts so quickly? Lindsay limited the searches due to a problem we're having with an outside influence. Some sites are 30 seconds.

Please be patient. Hopefully it will not last.

I am not clicking on the post to quickly !, Also I was not aware that there was a problem with an outside Influence, what ever that means, I am a patient person, I was having a problem that I never before experienced on the web site and I have been a member for many years and thought I would pass it on too the Administrator of this web site.

Saint:
Don't take this wrong, but your OP indicated very plainly that you would click on "New Posts" then click "New Posts" again. Wayne was asking why you would do that? Indeed what you described in your OP says you were doing exactly what you say you were not; "I am not clicking on the post to (sic) quickly !".

That said, it should be obvious that server overload by someone (or a bot) clicking "New Posts" over and over would be a problem; hence, the mandatory wait. A normal use of the "New Posts" feature would be you click it, select a thread to view, go to it (either in a new window/tab or in the current one) view the thread and new posts, then either close the window/tab or click "New Posts" again. Certainly either of those operations is going to take at least 10 seconds.
