Sending an email in the new classifieds doesn't seem to work well.

I think it would make a lot of sense to make it so the "paid" members get a "first look" at the ads----another Ham Website.(EHAM), locks out non paying members from viewing ads for 24 hours--IMHO more incentive to being a paid member and get first shot at new listings?? As i have never posted to sell, but would pay to get a private preview............

but non premium eham members get to post classified ads for free

A section just for ebay so it is not mixed with for sale items.

Not everything on Ebay is an auction. A large percentage of the listings are for sale.

Mr. Blanton,

You've came up with some great ideas before for this website, however, I don't know what gave you the idea to start this kind of selling board but it definitely wasn't a thought out one.

This was the absolute worst idea you could ever come up with. I hope you've noticed that your for sale classifieds have dramatically dropped compared to the old way.

Thanks for the feedback, but we are very pleased with the results of the change and decision. We cannot make everyone happy, especially the ones who think that they should get everything for free.
