When viewing the Recent Visitors on my Member Profile page I notice that some of the visitors listed have a “+” or “*” (Plus Sign or asterisk) appended to the User Name.



What does that indicate?

Correct, these are people in your "friends" list.

Ahh, OK. What about the ones with the asterisk? It doesn't show in the screen shot, but there were one or two in there before that.

I believe that's an administrator like a DB admin or forum admin.

Looks like the asterisk is for members that choose to be "invisible".

Looks like the asterisk is for members that choose to be "invisible".

Having the username show-up in the list at all seems to nullify the "invisible" aspect.

Albeit, "invisible" seems to only mean that when a user is logged-in to the forums,
the little-circle indicator (seen on the right side of the user's name in the user's forum-posts)
won't display as green when viewed by us regular users; though it probably does display when viewed by moderators.

It does appear to show members who are set to invisible.
