Is there any chance of adding HPE files as permissible file type in Managing Attachments?

Some Uniden users like to share their HPE files either for diagnostic assistance or other purposes.

Yes that can be done, but I'm trying to be helpful to the newer users in the crowd. Chances are they are already having trouble and any opportunity to lessen their burden would be a kind gesture, I think

I would agree with you on this. We've tried many times to explain the concept that an attachments can be zipped, or simply renamed to add an acceptable file ext such as "*.txt", only to get a response that the file cannot be posted, or can't open, whatever.
