Sending PM/Email To Another Member

Hello everyone !!

I'm brand new here and it's nice to have the opportunity to join with you folks !!

I have a question...I have tried to send a PM and email through the board of course to another member who I know lives about 20 miles from me...but the system won't allow it.

I've been a member for about 15 minutes...

Any ideas or suggestions please ??
