Is it possible that we could have a Forum about "HOME BUILT amateur antennas"?
What I'm getting at is this; I like to build/experiment with ham antennas, thus going thro the section titled: "Amateur Radio Antennas" brings up 45 pages (~ 900 threads) of store bought and some threads on building your own.
I'm retired and could spend the time reading all the different threads, but it is still a hassle.
I believe that such a forum would benefit our interest in building antennas.
So, would a moderator give me an answer if my proposal would work?

I moved your thread to the Forums Administration forum so that the other moderators, and our Forums Manager, can see it and weigh in.

We generally determine how to slice and dice the forum topics based on message traffic. None of the Amateur Radio forums generate a lot of traffic, so my guess is that subdividing the Amateur Radio Antenna Forum into a separate Homebrew Antenna Forum might not gain a lot of traction. But, I'm not the ultimate authority.

I just took a look and the forum really doesn't see enough traffic to make it worth subdividing into subforums. Sorry.
