Much to my suprise, when she saw my new antenna setup in my office, the only thing she asked was - will that thing attract lightning? I told her that I would put a ground wire on it.

Wrong answer, try this. Hon, we all know metal attracts lightning. When you wear your jewelery you're a walking lightning rod, I'm surprised you didn't know that.

Just thinking.... if she likes gadgets, you can get her a new iPad or iPod. Maybe even an iMac. Just don't expect the same love'n if you buy her a new iRon.

Xmo, that was absolutely one of the funniest videos I've ever seen! Except for the not showering regularly I have to admit I'm probably 'guilty' of using all the 'excuses' he uses! Of course I find this video just as I'm about to decide between buying a Yaesu FT-950 or a Kenwood TS-590. Fortunately, at this point in time, I live alone so I only have to justify this purchase to myself!

It really made my day, thanks!
