Default Skip Traffic

Is anyone experiencing lots of skip traffic? All of my radios all seeing skip happening across many frequencies. Ive got all kinds of odd traffic from weather to big city police and fire from V & UHF (though I haven't pegged where).

Three are on the same base antenna and others are handheld using the duckies.

I have been getting skip lately ( 3 times in the last month ) but it usually only last a few hours and it is always from the same place,I think it is from a police dispatch center in Oklahoma, sometimes it comes in just as clear as the station I am monitoring here in Kansas.
