You might get a faster reply in the Arizona forum.
154.37000 Rural/Metro FD - F-1/2/Alarm
The other 2 could be this>> Maricopa County Trunking System, Maricopa County, Arizona - Scanner Frequencies

If you do not find them listed here: Maricopa County, you can find out by entering the frequency here: RadioReference.com - Database in the box "Search FCC Licenses By State" and select Arizona.
This yields:154.37000 KOK787 (R/M Management Co., Inc.)Rural/Metro FD for your county and area and 855.38750 WPMC218 (Arizona Public Service Company) FCC Callsign Details Now both of these were listed on the Maricopa County page, but the Arizona Public Service Company is a trunking system and the frequencies are listed on a separate page if you click on the link at the very bottom of the Maricopa County

Ronnie was kind enough to check this out, but you need to learn to do it.

Its quite simple. Not everything is gonna fit into VHF and UHF especially in large metro areas. And those bands are not going anywhere. Digital is used because it can utilize the available radio spectrum more efficiently and provide added features, not because anyone is trying to keep you from listening. Everything in our lives in migrating towards digital - not just radio, have you noticed?
