Is there any digital scanner that receives amateur radio digital radios?

Yaesu uses C4FM, which is likened to P-25, and Icom uses D-Star. Neither are compatible with each other and Icom D-Star has the leg up on Yaesu, time wise.

Short answer - No.

The only amateur mode that might show up in scanners any time soon would be NXDN (Kenwood) because railroads are converting to that.

You may want to look into AOR's ARD-300 if you have a 10.7 or 45.05 mhz IF output as an add-on to an existing scanner...

Dstar
P25
NXDN
Yaesu
Alinco
D-CR formats..
