I pushed some wrong buttons and now when my radio scans only 1 system even thou I have 6 systems program. can anyone help. I tried Factory reset and that did not work. Thank you

You probably have either :

1. Hit some quickkeys. While in scan mode enter keys 1-0 while watching the bottom of the display. Pressing the button toggles them on and off. The systems are the top row.

2. Locked something out. More likely if you are missing the whole system, it is the keys above. If lockouts, you will need to scroll through the systems, departments and channels and review the lockout status.

That sounds like it is in system hold. Hold down the hold button for a few seconds until it beeps and starts scanning again.

Yep. Definitely another possibility.
It would be sitting there with hold flashing at the top to give a big hint, so that's why I went with the first two, which would be less obvious.
