Default Icom ICR1

Any one out their with an Icom ICR1. I have had this unit for many years. I can not find the manual that came with it and for the life of me can not remember how to store freq in it. I guess i am getting old. Does any one have a web site with help or data for this radio. Thanks for a great web site as you have resparked my intrest in scanning again. I guess the big spark was from the ability to scan trunked and digital radio. Any well thanks for the great web site and the help.
