When the tone says CC 1
TG 10
SL 1, what tone should I enter? I can see the frequency for my local police department but as I said I don't know what tone to enter. I live in Newton County, Arkansas. Any help on this would be much appreciated, and I am new to all of this! Thanks

Looks Like DMR, so there is no PL/DPL nor NAC

CC 1 = Color Code 1
SL 1 = Slot 1 for DMR [1 or 2 are your options
TG 1- = Talk Group

If your radio can not do DMR, all you will hear is engine noise

The Color Code is DMR equivalent to a tone. P25 uses a NAC, and NXDN uses a RAN. They all do the same thing--distinguish one user or system from another if they happen to be on the same frequency.
