i have this scanner but hear very little from it? where and how do i load frequencies in to it, im a novice

It looks to be a "Euro" model , just by it's band plan .

I'm curious as to where you are located ?

In the States it would be a good AIR band scanner and probably not bad for rural location monitoring
But , given its "top end" freq or 512 MHz. , and no trunking , it would not be very useful in any major metropolitan area.
