IPN Dispatcher: Question For FLA158

On 05/01/2007 - airport travelor bitten by a scorpian. The page shows a frequency of 853.300 MHz.

On 05/07/2007 - TPD searching for 3 BMA who committed armed robbery. The page shows a frequency of 853.800 MHz.

But Tampa International Airport and Tampa PD don't use 800 MHz. My question is what were those 2 frequencies ?
