419 changes to 416?

When I put in ID 419 it will change to 416? How come?

Assuming this is a Motorola Type II system, it is because unless you turn off Status Bit all valid TGID's are in increments of 16. 419 would be TG 416 + Status 3 (Talkgroup Patch).
