Have Problem w/Win96--Need HELP

Am trying to use Win96 to upload info from RR to scanner Pro-96....Seems like all sorts of things going wrong.........anyone have any "solid" advice before I throw scanner and computer out the window................pls ASAP............JP

Trying to upload to Bank 0 ---copied from RR with copy and pasted into Win 96 page then upload it to scanner Bank 0................Bank 1-----copied from RR with copy and paste into Win96 page then upload to Bank 1.......Scanner says " All channels locked ?????????????

Since you're a Premium Subscriber at RR.com, why not go to the File menu of Win96 and select Web Import?

With WinXX products, you load the entire file at once (all banks) to the scanner.
You can't just selectively send bank 0 or bank 1.
