How many successful OpenSky implementations have occured? Whenever I see threads about OpenSky on this board, it's always in reference to the system either not being as good as a user's old one or it failing completly. Thanks.

Open Sky has been quite sucessful. I think it continues to
this day. It allows us to view the Russian disarmament
progress, as well as them ours. That is why when we
destroy stuff, in accordance with SALT, it is left out,
so the Russians may oserve from the air that it can't be
put back together. The History Channel sometimes
runs programs about the Open Sky part of SALT.

Actually yes, in Poland.
At the John Paul II airport in Krackow and the Frederic Chopin airport in Warsaw.
They have OpenSky in use and have improved coverage plus secure comms.
