Which one is the best?

I would like to listen cordless phones (not the digital ones) and airplanes conversations police conversations. Icom IC-R20 is in my favorite list but also i am thinking about ALINCO DJ-X2000 "World" and AOR AR 8200 MARK 3 and Uniden 396T

1- Which one is the best if we compare these scanners?
2- What do you recommend me because as i told you cordless phones and airplanes is my subject.
3- I can pay at most 600 usd so what is your recommend?
4- Can Uniden 396T do everything on analog as much as R20 , DJ-X200 , AR 8200?
5- Nowadays who is using digital ? as i know cellular phones , some cordless phones So What else?
