Help ID intercepted freqs in eastern New England

I have posted 3 threads in the Vermont forum with frequencies intercepted from the summit of Mount Equinox. It might be very helpful if folks in Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut would take a look and post any positive identifications.
