I'm not sure exactly where I got the talkgroup.. because in the RR database.. it isn't there... neither the ID nor the #... but it IS active. Just very odd traffic I really don't understand what they are talking about. (This is for Mpls ARMER)

The more I hear bits and peices from this ID it seems like the secret service or something. Lots of odd codes really tough to follow. Think I'll just delete it!

LOL - what a good attitude to have:
"Hmm, this sounds really interesting and strange... almost like the secret service! But its too hard so I'll just delete it".

WTF man, start doing some intelligence work - write down all the codes you hear. These guys WILL slip up and give you a clue as to what code means what.
